On January 11, 2020, at 2:20 PM, the annual meeting of Shengong Semiconductor was held in Jinzhou Hongyuan Shengshi Hotel. More than 150 people, including directors, shareholders, supervisors, senior executives, middle managers and grassroots employees from the company's headquarters and subsidiaries, attended the annual meeting. Guests from friendly enterprises, representatives of Tanghezi Economic Development Zone Management Committee and members of Guotai Junan team, the company's listing sponsor, were also invited to attend.

The content of the annual meeting mainly includes six parts: art party, game interaction, on-site lottery, award of outstanding employees, chairman's speech and dinner.

In the arts and arts festival, which lasted more than three hours, Shengong Semiconductor employees, directors and guests took turns on the stage, a total of 16 programs including songs, dances, crosstalk, skits, guitar playing, magic. Among them, there are excellent live performances of classic literary works (such as songs "Free as the Wind", "Across the Sea to see You", "A Pot of Old Wine", "Spring in the North"), and extraordinary performances of popular new works (such as songs "Bridge Girl", "Field Queen Son", "Dream it possible", etc.). There are also 100% original works (such as crosstalk "Who is He" performed by Liu Jie and Yu Xiao), as well as excellent works that are reprocessed by incorporating a large number of original elements (such as crosstalk "News Evening" performed by Yang Guang and Chang Chunhe, and the boys' quartet "I Believe" performed by La Jingke with lyrics). Mr. Pan Liansheng, chairman of the company, and five colleagues performed "Multilingual Song Series" in Japanese, Korean, English, Chinese and southern Fujian, which pushed the festival to a climax, and the final song "Tomorrow will be Better" is to express the sincere hope and blessing of all God workers for society, enterprises and each other.

A number of interactive games interspersed between the artistic programs not only allowed more employees to better participate in the annual meeting and become an active member, but also carried out different degrees of team building activities through these games, so that everyone can always experience the strength of unity and the importance of good team cooperation.

Mr. Pan Liansheng, chairman and general manager of the company, made a wonderful speech at the annual meeting, sharing the status quo and trend of the development of the industry, analyzing the achievements and shortcomings of the company in 2019, emphasizing the development goals and work priorities of the company in the New Year, and putting forward his ardent hope and careful guidance on the construction of corporate culture.
The annual meeting also presented the 2019 Outstanding Employee Award. Among them, the "Excellent new Talent Award", "Best Progress Award" and "Technical Expert Award" three titles were respectively picked by Lin Boyang from the Technical Department, Yang Guang from the factory Department, Li Meng from the manufacturing Department, while Liu Xu from the IT Department and Han Gang from the manufacturing Department won the "Innovation Award".

After the festival, all the present staff and guests took a group photo. Although the huge lineup of photos caused some employees to be obscured, it did not affect everyone's enthusiasm at all.

At the last dinner, the company's directors, senior executives and grass-roots employees had a cordial conversation, talking and laughing, and the atmosphere was relaxed and happy. At around 8 p.m., the annual meeting came to a successful end.
